#LavaOfTheWeek: Recharged.

We are in the midst of a time where we are stuffed up with loads of stacks at work down in-before holidays, Christmas shopping and every day errands. Also an time there we are focused to recharge  our body, mind and soul.

So this week will have a compilation just for that goal with instructions!


  1. Eat a good meal that will keep you full for hours.
  2. Get cleaned – so hit the shower what will release a lot of tension.
  3. Enter a spot there you feel most comfortable -that may be a bed, couch and chair.
  4. Turn of your interactive devices.
